Located by the highway, prices are higher than average, but the quality is excellent, and you\u2019ll find dishes that are hard to find elsewhere. On the corner of Av. Pel\u00edcanos and Federal Highway 175, almost directly across from Or\u00e9gano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comedor Hei Tan<br>A traditional local diner serving freshly made food from the comal, handmade tortillas, and classic Mexican stews. A very simple roadside spot on Federal Highway 175 in Arroyo 3, close to Lo C\u00f3smico. Very affordable prices and authentic home-style Mexican cooking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>DINNER<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La Pica\u00f1a<br>At the end of the main pedestrian street, this small and humble spot is usually packed thanks to its delicious food and fair prices. The menu is short but full of great choices. The chorip\u00e1n and pica\u00f1a tacos are especially good.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Fenice<br>The most authentic Italian pizzeria in Zipolite. Opening hours are limited, the pizzas are small (perfect for one person), and prices are on the higher side, but they\u2019re absolutely worth it. Located at the beginning of the pedestrian street, across from San Crist\u00f3bal.<br>If you\u2019re looking for other pizza options, Zipolite has many great pizzerias. Another favorite is \u201cSol y Luna,\u201d owned by Nabor, right in the center of the pedestrian street, with more affordable prices and a good variety of pizza sizes and flavors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posada M\u00e9xico<br>Right on the beach, not far from Lo C\u00f3smico. They offer a variety of Italian-Mexican dishes, from seafood and grilled meats to pizzas. Great quality and flavor for a relaxed beachfront dinner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bacco<br>Located behind Lo C\u00f3smico on Calle Las Casitas, this Italian restaurant offers a variety of high-quality dishes at moderate prices. The grilled meats are excellent, and they also serve great pizzas and ravioli. If you enjoy unusual desserts, try the \u201cDulcera\u201d pizza \u2014 our personal favorite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El Alquimista<br>Our neighbors on the beach. Probably the most romantic dinner spot in Zipolite. Prices are a bit high, but you\u2019re paying not only for the food, but for the experience of dining by candlelight on the sand. The menu is extensive, with something for every taste. Perfect for a special evening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las Salsas<br>Tacos filled with delicious homemade stews and unforgettable flavors. Located inside the \u201cMercadito Playero\u201d (across from Bar Sin Nombre). They offer both meat and vegan options, all at fair prices. And as the name suggests, there\u2019s a huge variety of salsas to choose from \u2014 the hibiscus and tamarind ones are incredible, though the selection changes regularly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mr. Taco (November\u2013April)<br>More traditional street tacos: suadero, tripe, cabeza, chicken, tongue, and more. Moderately priced for the area, with the classic Mexican street taco vibe. In our opinion, the best traditional tacos in Zipolite. Located by the park on the far side of town.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salmastro<br>Also on the far side of town, right on the beach. A beautiful spot to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner by the ocean. They serve flavorful fusion dishes at reasonable prices. #SupportLocal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>DESSERTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Still craving something sweet? Don\u2019t miss the chance to try delicious ice cream or popsicles from \u201cPalma Negra,\u201d located at the end of the pedestrian street. And if you\u2019re in the mood for something chocolatey, we highly recommend the chocolate pie from the small artisanal bakery \u201cTrigo,\u201d across from Tutti Fruti \u2014 if you\u2019re lucky enough to find one available!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Do you have another recommendation?
